i have the pinnacle maxx in my workboots and sneakers and my feet feel great.i went through 4 cortizone shots for bone spurs that did nothing.a powerstep ad came up on my computer and i tried them.after about one month of some foot exercises and the pinnacle my feet have been perfect.there in all my footwear.

Following bunion surgery, my podiatrist recommended Powerstep, the only brand she likes. I love that they have 3 different styles for women. The full-sized insert is great for sneakers and boots, and the Slender size is good in fancy shoes. The 3/4 size is great for in-between styles. No matter what, I'm covered.
