Absolutely Not
Not worth the time or money, they ask you to give a 5 star review before making things right and then accuse you of not owning what they sell even with pictures showing the exact model that are not some stock pictures you might find online! Stay far away from the Amerisun/Powersmart brand!

shipped out defective product which had…
shipped out defective product which had already been returned once. 2 hr wait for tech support and all they could say was we don't work on them ship it back. biggest mistake i have made in awhile, what a waste of time and money

Do not recommend.
I ordered the bundle for $370 which came with the lawnmower, blower and trimmer. My issue is the trimmer came on and stopped working after 5 seconds. I’ve reached out on multiple occasions about this and I’m constantly getting the run around. They requested videos (I’ve sent 2) showing them that the battery was fully charged and that I was pressing the buttons correctly as instructed. They reply back still saying I need to make sure that the battery is fully charged and that I was pressing the buttons properly. All of that was clearly shown in those videos I sent. Will never shop with this company again!

This company is garbage
This company is garbage. I ordered a lawnmower bag 1 week ago and it still hasnt even shipped. This is the saddest thing ive ever seen. Ive never had a business do something like this. Ive talked to 3 different support people through email and they said they would look into it. Apparently not. I cannot cancel the order because i cant get ahold of them. Id rather just buy a different brand of lawnmower.

PowerSmart USA 21" Lawn mower
Message: I ordered this item through aTEMU - seller called Power smart.com The order was for a 21" A Power Smart lawn mower. Power Smart shipped a 18" lawn mower.. I would like have this problem rectified.. 13th May 2025... I have sent in to Power Smart everything they asked for. A) Picture of the Lawn mowar that was delivered. B) The Order number. iT sent on on the 9th May and again on 12th May at 7am, They have now once followed up..It has NOT been used and is sitting in the Garage. What a way to run a company.. Just send me the 21" and I will box up the 18" and send back. I just returned from Ace Hardware lawn mower repair.. Power Smart sold a 17" lawn mower as a18". The blade on the mower they sent me is 17" It should have been ae 18" not 17".. 14TH mAY 2025,,, Power Smart has made no attempt to make contact as of today. I am shipping the lawn mower t back...

Just called to see if powersmart 20 v…
Just called to see if powersmart 20 v battery charger will work with Black and Decker 20 v battery. He said I don't know..I should have asked to speak to supervisor but I was at work.Smh

Bought a pressure washer last December
Bought a pressure washer last December. Took it out of the box and one of the tires were flat. The machine also refused to turn on after several attempts. Worst piece of machinery I have ever worked with. Avoid this company at all costs. I also emailed the company for assistance and they never responded. I then called customer service and I was immediately disconnected. This company is not providing any support at all so I went ahead and reported them to the Better Business Bureau.
