I have had the chance to use my grandmother's new hedge trimmmer. It really does the job! I know she lost her battery for recharging it and has told me that the support services have been very nice and timely with their help in sending her a new one. If I am in the market for a tool, I will surely go to "Power Smart" as my first choice.

I purchased a 20v blower and a string…
I purchased a 20v blower and a string trimmer to use in my rv they both work well in keeping things cleaned up around my rv. I would buy this product again.

Good Customer Service
I bought a PowerSmart lawn mower 5 years back. The plastic belt housing broke for some reason and so grass was getting stuck in the drive belt and making it come out. The part was not available on their website anymore for that model. I contacted support through email and they were able to find a compatible part for me to order. They were able to coordinate with the warehouse for my order to get processed. Although the new part is a little different from the original, it seems to fit.
