Awesome food, has been a great go to for lunches or a quick dinner when needed. Plus a good local ND company to do business with.

I am so impressed with Power Plate meals that I have already ordered from them again. All of my meals were delicious and fresh. I also appreciated that the macros fit into my meal plans. Some other premade meal companies' macros have such high fat that I cannot justify purchasing them. Also the meals are a good size, not too big not too small.
