A bit of a disappointment. The cheesy cauliflower mash was very salty, the asparagus spears mushy and bruschetta chicken was very runny, too much extra liquid. Heated well and even, but the smell was off. This meal did not meet the high bar I have for meals from Power Plate.

My husband and I love the quality, freshness, and portion size of the meals. There is a good variety of meals, but I'd love to see more vegetarian/meatless options if possible. We have an infant at home, and these meals have made life for us so much easier! And we have both lost weight! The packaging on the meals occasionally becomes damaged in shipping, with sauces or food spilling out which is unfortunate. I also find the website to be overly complex/confusing, and some work needs to be done with initial ordering and the whole process in general. Overall, we love this meal subscription service and would happily recommend it to anyone!

I am so extremely impressed with Power Plate Meals!!!! Excellent tasting and the meal proportions are perfect!!! I live alone so this is just perfect for me to grab a home-cooked meal from the freezer and have a meal in less than 5 minutes. Very Very impressed! I will continue to support this company and the great meals they provide! I'm a new and satisfied customer!

Love the food. Awesome taste and great quality. Great for my macros diet and best thing is it is easy to pop in for lunch and delivery is a cinch!

Unfortunately the shipping came to the same cost as my meal plan so for me it ended up not be a good option. I reached out to the company and they quickly responded, apologized, and refunded me all of my money. The customer service was wonderful absolutely wonderful. If/when the shipping charges change I would love to support this business and order meal plans from them.

I had technical issues last week unbeknownst to me with my subscription plan. It appeared I ordered my meals, gave me a thank you for ordering, but the order never went through. Cristen attempted to reach out Sunday night when my order wasn't in but I didn't get it. When I reached out in concern after seeing my no pick order Cristen was extremely prompt as providing a solution and then also troubleshooting the issue which was a cart malfunction to prevent another issue going forward. Cristen went above and beyond - personal service matters. I love supporting a local business and Power Plate Meals keeps this busy mom of 3 eating healthy all week long.

I love the power plate meal plan. It’s super easy, convenient, and reasonably priced. I also like that all of the nutrition information is already in MyFitnessPal so I can just easy scan the barcode on the package and keep track of my macros. Most of the meals are very tasty for being healthy. I just wish the sauces that are included had separate nutrition information as I don’t always use them.
