When I ordered the refurb mac I was happy to recurve it the next day and excited to use it! service was great, personable and patient. But... Something was not functioning correctly in the machine and after a week of testing it needed to be sent back to PowerMax. Loose video card, bad ram -- did not matter. They offered me choices, free shipping and a quick return on another machine... Still I know that the wait won't be long, and if problems with the new machine Joe at PowerMax will be there to take excellent care of the issue.

Powermax is a great place to buy Computers New or Used. They mainly sell Apple products. When you call them they are very nice and they know their stuff. I have purchased quite a few products from them and have also done trade-ins as well. I'm one very happy customer. I highly recommend them and give them a 10 on the rating list. Call them up and give them your business!!!!!

I will continue to do business with PowerMax for my Mac and other electronic needs. I like that they give fair trade-in value on my used Mac whether the value is credited toward a future purchase, or the money for it. This offering makes it so much more affordable to buy Apple products. I recently bought a used iPhone 3GS and love it! I'm glad that I waited and bought a now 4 year old iPhone in 2013. You do not always have to have the latest and greatest from Apple. No business is perfect, whether online or around the corner. When there has been an issue with a purchase, it was handled satisfactory and efficiently with a replacement or credit. I almost forgot to give credit to working with Salesman Gary M. on all of my purchases!

I recently needed to upgrade my old macbook, but was unsure what the differences were between the various options. The sales office was extremely helpful in helping me decide, answering each one of my e-mails in detail within a couple hours of my sending them (including one response at 7 PM on a Sunday!). The laptop arrived promptly, was everything they described, and even came with a cute Bigfoot-themed USB drive and a package of Douglas Fir seeds.
