This most recent experience with PowerMax has been the best ever. I purchased a 1 TB MacBook Pro with 16 gigs of ram to be able to partition a small part of it for Windows 7. I ran into all sorts of problems and ended up calling PowerMax for assistance. One of their techs has been helping me. He has no end of patience and has been wonderfully patient. He is so knowledgeable which is not the case with folks from AppleCare. He helped me through my Windows installation woes and got the machine up and running via phone support. He is accessible and it is so wonderful to have someone to help me set up the computer and work through my fear of the PC side of things. I don't know of a better company. I have dealt with PowerMax for years and the experience keeps getting better and better.

Powermax has a huge selection of new and refurb laptops, making it very easy to find the right system at the right price. Shipping was fast and the laptop arrived in exactly as described. Powermax also assigned a person to assist in any way throughout the process - not needed in my case. I'd definitely recommend Powermax to anyone considering buying a new or refurb Apple system.
