The bleeding edge of technology with old fashioned service. Maiya (sales rep) got right back to me every step of the way, and actually talked to me on the phone! Same for Brian, who handled the trade-in. They exceeded expectations in making sure I got what I wanted, and everything was as promised - including the timeline. The experience was much more personal that going to an Apple Store, even though it was over long distance. Powermax will get all of my business for large Apple purchases in the future. Oh yeah - and they know how to be professional and still have a great sense of humor.

Friendly staff, quick service, the price is right.

Their customer service is fantastic, and I am totally behind these guys. If I'm browsing for anything tech related, now they are my first stop. My card wouldn't process anything over $1,000 that day, and they called me, I called my bank which wouldn't budge, so they spilt my bill between 2 days, and my computer arrived the VERY next day. And thank god for their amazing prices, after 9 months with no computer, their price points allowed to get what I REALLY needed, not a cheap "this'll do, I guess". I'm really so grateful, it brings a tear to my eye. I can't recommend them highly enough!

This was my first time buying from Powermax and was a little worried on buying a used computer from them. They stated what I was getting and I got exactly what was stated! Fast turn around and had one problem with power supply. THet said no problem and they sent another within 2 days. Everything is working great. Will buy from Powermax in the future!

Discovered Powermax through an online search to find a tax-free way to buy Macs. When I first called to find out about delivery time, a real person answered the phone on the second ring, gave me the info I sought, took my order, and e-mailed me a receipt and tracking info (free shipping as well). New 27-inch iMac arrived in perfect condition. A subsequent order was handled through two e-mails with no hassle. I can't recommend this company highly enough. Oh, and they have a fun, irreverent attitude as well.

- On a scale of 1-10, I would rate my MacBookPro a perfect 10. I still need to add some apps to have it perform the work I intend to use it for, but I really love it. - I would definitely refer PowerMax to someone else and already have, so there again, a 10. - Last question: I truly enjoyed working with PowerMax, so here again a 10, and no suggestions for improvement. They were friendly, very helpful and very efficient. They answered all my questions, returned my calls, provided everything I needed. They really seemed to understand what I wanted and did a great job.
