the fact that you can get a credit for old stuff makes it worthwhile. and the people that you deal with are so accommodating, pleasant and friendly.

I recently bought a new 5th gen iPod and iPad from Powermax and had elected to trade I my 4th gen iPod; however, after I had returned the iPod my wife decided she wanted to try coming into the "digital age" and use the iPod. I called to see if my trade in iPod could be returned. Their staff found my trade-in and returned it to me. My wife is now using it and will probably become a future customer. I have purchased and been serviced with repairs any number of times since 2007 and each and every the product/repair has been just as indicated by staff. I have referred many friends and family because I have experienced such quality in character in the employees. It's a fine place to go and depend upon with consistency. If you relocate the business it will not serve as well. Somehow, the location invites a certain kind of relationship between customer and staff.

I have dealt with PowerMax for about 25 years, most of them in California, where I often traded up to newer models. I found them competent and honest. Every quote for my old machine that they gave me on the phone was honored. Now I live in Lake Oswego and deal with them directly, buying many computers and accessories for daughters and grandkids. I don't see how t hey could be better.
