Heard about PowerMax on a local radio station. I had a second generation IPod touch and started thinking about trading it in for a new one. Went to their website and answered some simple questions. They offered me what I felt was a fair bid and sent me some contact information. I called and they had my new touch on the way that day. The rest of the transaction went very smoothly and i couldn't be more happy with their service. If you are looking to upgrade any Apple product, I highly recommend PowerMax!

This company is by FAR the best computer company to work with! Having bought both new and used, I've never had 'issue' with anything! 5 STARS for sure! I recently purchased a pre-owned MacBookPro4.1 from Powermax. I'm retired though very active online mentoring and posting opinions. Money is very tight but I needed a backup for my Mac desktop since it would need some repairs and would be down for awhile. After searching options I found Powermax online. This was quite a revelation since I had never seen their kind of good, customer-based support and pricing in used Mac products before. I searched their offerings and settled on a bit older (2008) MacBook Pro because, as an engineer I focus on function and value. Also, the thiner these laptops get, the harder/costlier it is to service and change batteries. (Give me a break! Having to take a unibody apart JUST to replace the battery? Sheesh!) This product, several weeks later, is working great! I chose to upgrade the OS myself to save some money, but overall Powermax is a great company I would (and already have) recommend to others. No grumpy folks there. THEY KNOW CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Excellent experience. Bought a refurbished laptop - helpful service, timely delivery, product as advertised and great price. Would recommend without reservation and would buy again from Powermax.
