Great website. Impressive products and pricing. Outstanding Customer Service! My rep, Honor, was friendly and helpful. Received my order relatively quickly...was being shipped across country. Packed well. Extremely pleased with this company and will check their site first before any other. Thanks PowerMax.

When I bought the iphone 3g off this site used. I was expecting a used fair to good condition phone but, when i opened the package it looked like a new phone! I was shocked. It was in perfect condition. It came with everthing in the box except the headphones but, I got a new charger and the papers were in great shape. It also came with a screen protector. So in all it was a great buy for a used- new phone. I highly recomend this site and ill be buying from them again. -sean

I just purchased my third MAC in three years from Powermax. The personnel are knowledgeable, friendly and really care about providing great service. The attention you get is uncommon. I have recommended them to friends who also got the great same service. They deserve more than 5 stars!!

They do have a lot of products , although i did strike out. I am most impressed with the friendly 1 on 1 relationship they have with the customers. The same gal took care of me throughout the whole transaction, i could call and ask for her and got her everytime . That means a lot to me because i HATE having to explain my concerns with different people everytime i call most places. Thier return prossess is the same way, everybody was so helpfull and concerned. I just foung the company a few weeks ago , but i go to them first and they are #1 on my favorites list now Thank you MarkAngelone

I've used PowerMax several times in the past few years and trade in my old device (so far I have been able to keep them in pretty much pristine condition and get a good price) I find the people I deal with knowledgeable and competent. My orders are fulfilled quickly. I bring PowerMax to the attention of any friends that I find are preparing to purchase a new Apple device.

I wanted a used Mac to play my old games and some of the software that won't run on Intel Macs, they filled the bill, thank you Powermax.
