I am entirely satisfied with the computer and the service. I ordered the computer on a Monday, and i received it on Friday of the same week. Amazing!

I just purchased a pre-owned MacBook Pro from Powermax. The machine was all it was advertised, in perfect condition, loaded with all essentials I was looking for, and delivered in just a few days. I can truly say that I can recommend Powermax to all my friends, and should I need another computer I will again look at their offerings.

Over a period of several years I've purchased several computers and other devices from Powermax and never have had not one negative issue. I've also had the luxury of dealing with one person over the years who knows my needs pertaining to my computer needs.

I've done business with these folks for over ten years. Their sales people are patient and helpful to non-techie types like me. I tell them what I'm trying to do, they tell me what products will do the job. I don't have to waste my time wading through various technical descriptions or try to figure out if a particular product will do what I need it to, I just go to the website, look at the various products, then call and discuss my potential purchase with my personal sales rep. They never push me to spend a lot or to buy the most expensive item. I've never had a problem, but I'm sure they can be relied upon to help me, should a problem develop.

A friend told me about POWERMAX and I remembered them when I needed to find out if the computer I was going to giveaway or sell had stopped working because of the computer or the power cord. I stopped by, they did a quick test and discovered it was the power cord. They sold me a new one, so I'm back in business. I've let my friends with Macs know about them and am glad to know they are in the area.
