I am new to Apple, having previously had Windows, but I am enjoying my new computer. Once you get the hang of it, it is easier than Windows.

I've been dealing with PowerMax for about 15 years, always had great service, prompt shipping, and excellent product selection for Macs. Today I needed to upgrade a recently purchased Air to a larger memory model, and Maiya, my friendly salesperson for the last 15 years, was really great about finding me a replacement and the best deal I could get on swapping out for another Mac. Thanx for all the good years, its always been a pleasure working with Powermax!

So far this company has done everything they said they would and it has been easy and hassle free. It is a nice option for a change to have an honest and trustworthy company to deal with. I recommend them and I will do business with them again.

I recently purchased a used powerbook online from Powermax. Through there website, I had hands on assistance from representative Gary. He was there to guide me thru every question I had about buying a used Mac and also helped me pick out a Mac that would be best for my needs. I received my Mac in about 5 days, securely packed-up. I called powermax with a few set-up questions, and they where right there walking me thru every step. I was very skeptical about buying a used computer (especially online). But this experience with Powermax was nothing but easy going and professional. Very glad I found this Co. online and would not hesitate to buy from them again. Sincerely, Helen Kay

...and Powermax has both of those in spades. I've purchased used products before, and you usually have to take the product descriptions with a grain of salt (like reading a real estate listing!). But PowerMax' description left nothing to interpret. It was clear and honest. And the product matched perfectly in condition and operation. Because I was traveling, I did the entire transaction over the web and had no personal interaction - but PowerMax gave me several opportunities to talk with a real person, by name, before I completed the purchase, when it was shipped, and after it was received. I know where my next Mac purchase - used or new - is going to be from.

Good customer service is really difficult to come by, great customer service is even more difficult and amazing customer service is practically unheard of. I can definitely say, though, that PowerMax has *amazing* customer service. I worked with Michelle to purchase a new MacBook Pro and trade in my old MacBook Pro. When I purchased my new one, there was a mix-up with UPS and they delivered my MCP to an Amazon.com distribution warehouse. Michelle worked so hard to get this resolved for me and I can't emphasize enough how great it was to know I had someone on my side helping me through this. I mean, what do you do when one of the largest shippers in the US makes a mistake and you aren't even sure you'll get to talk to an actual person? The issue got resolved and Michelle was there every step of the way. I really appreciated her work and I would definitely work with her and PowerMax in the future.
