Personnel are knowledgeable about the products. Web page is adequate. Illinois residence save 7.5 percent. It's worth the wait.

I can't remember exactly how many Macs and iPads I have purchased; it has got to be over 6 so far. I have been doing business with them for probably a decade. I just bought a custom build to order iMac 27 with upgraded RAM and 3Tb Fusion Drive. Each order has been easy to place by phone or online. Delivered w/o damage or delay and ready to run out of the carton. My advice is to also buy the AppleCare at the same time. The web site is easy to navigate and use. I have only bought new items. PowerMax did buy one of my used laptops at a fair price as part of one of my new purchases, While the pricing at PowerMax is usually a few dollars less than Apple's List, the big savings comes from paying no sales tax. I saved on the 27" iMac mentioned above about $200. Plus they ship for free and quickly by UPS. I recommend PowerMax to anyone of my friends who are looking for a new or used Apple Products.

I had a great experience with my purchase. Being nervouse about buying online from an unknown I checked them out. Recommended by a friend and passing my research online of their reputation, I finally called. The sales person was friendly and most helpful. And, I had never received an item as quickly as I did my iPad.

I just bought my second MacBook Pro from Powermax. The reason for my return business is their professionalism and their excellent Mac Buyback program.
