Great experience with fast response time to emails and questions. My Quote was exactly what I recieved for my Trade in and I was able to chose my specific preowned device from the variety available. It was shipped and arrived quickly to my house. I would recomend this site to others.

This is the second computer I have bought from Power Max and there is truly no reason to shop anywhere else as far as I am concerned. No sales tax and no shipping and a very courteous sales/support team. What more or less could one want!

I've purchased from Powermax multiple iMac and MacBooks, plus accessories and peripherals, over the past several years and my experiences have all been consistently excellent. They respond quickly to orders, and clearly communicate order status to keep you up to date. Their trade-in program is fair and efficient. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. Recommended without qualification.

I would recommend Powermax in a heartbeat. The assistance I received was clear, realistic & knowledgeable. The gentleman who assisted me was friendly & explained the differences in computers I was considering to purchase. My new-to-me computer arrived in record time (ordered on a friday afternoon & delivered monday afternoon). All in all, an affordable purchase for the perfect computer for me. Great folks & great computers.

I started dealing with PowerMax in 2006 and have never bought another Apple product from anyone else. Customer service and the sales staff are top notch. They are never too busy to answer your questions and are well trained in all the devices. When you trade in an Apple product, they always give you top dollar for your device. I have yet to be disappointed.Plus, I love their bigfoot logo.
