From the very beginning, the process of ordering my MacBook Air through PowerMax was an absolute breeze. There was a mix-up with my billing address and my representative that was personally assigned to me called me right away, we figured it out, and my Mac was shipped within a few hours. The process to clear up my billing address was extensive, in case someone was stealing my information and spending my money on a $700 machine, which was much appreciated. Every person I communicated with at PowerMax was friendly and much more than willing to help. Their customer service is phenomenal, the shipping was incredibly fast, and this is one of the most professional yet friendly companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their website is entirely full of wit and funny banter as if you were talking to a friend and buying a Mac from them. The CEO is far from detached from his customers and contacts you directly after you order to thank you for your business. My MacBook Air works beautifully and I am incredibly thankful that I found this website because I saved over $300 on it and as a starving college student, this discount was much needed. My goal was to find one of the last 27" iMacs with a superdrive. The listing said the one I picked had the superdrive. What I received was a newer than advertised 27" iMac. It didn't have the superdrive. Michelle Ryther was most helpful, both in the initial order, and in sending out an external superdrive at no charge. The new machine is working just fine, and the external superdrive is as carefree as an internal one. I will definitely be ordering from PowerMax in the future.
