I bought a MacBook Air for my daughters 16th birthday. I got the best price and I received it on time.

The whole process went smoothly, well orchestrated and product I received was in great condition. It would enhance the customer experience if you could provide images of the specific unit being purchased as many E-bay sellers due with their used merchandise. This allows the customer to see any cosmetic issues. Turn around time for purchase of the customers trade in unit and funding back to the customer seems rather lengthy at this point ( 4-5 weeks )

I've been buying from them for years, at first because there's no sales tax in OR but now I've gotten used to their great customer service and it's hard to deal with other sellers that don't share their professionalism and attention to detail. Whenever I had availability or shipping issues they were always eager to help, even if it meant bending their rules a bit. Great outfit.

I've now purchased two used Mac Pros from Powermax. The first one was about 4 years ago, and it has worked flawlessly. It's a 2006 MacPro 1,1 and it's just time now for me to upgrade. I just got a MacPro 4,1 2009 at a great price form Powermax. Shipping was fast and the machine is working great. Knowing that I've got a 90 day warranty and the company stands behind what they sell is why I'd pay a little more to get something from them compared to a machine off of eBay. With Powermax you know exactly what you're purchasing, and if there's any problem, they will handle it.

Power Max is my go to place for Mac hardware. The MAC I received was a special order and has given me problems after the 2nd week out of the box. It is not the fault of PowerMax, it is Apple's fault for not testing the machine to the degree necessary to insure proper functioning. I have been in touch with Apple Care which asked me to do something that was completely unreasonable before further testing. In fact, it was due to Power Max's Dennis and my own MAC consultant that let me to fix the problem. I would like to thank Dennis for such wonderful solutions and expertise. Respectfully, Reid
