They're professional. They know their stuff. They sell dependable refurbished and used Macs. They're friendly. Their policies are clear. The website is informative. They're not a retail store, but they handle individual purchases well. I like doing business with them and have done for years.

Joe just helped me purchase some hard drives. Thanks for the great advice. Will definitely come back when I need some more stuff for my MACs.

It was the most positive experience I've had purchasing a Mac which goes back to the early eighties. I have nothing but praise for Powermax and will be sure to recommend them to anyone I meet that's looking to buy a Mac. The service was excellent as were the prices plus no tax or shipping charges! Thanks, Maiya. Count on me for repeat business!

I would highly recommend PowerMax to anyone looking for a new or used Mac product. The best service and you get to beat the Washington sales tax.

what's not to like? fast shipping, good selection, no tax, good trade in value (you do have to wait a while for the trade in but that is to be expected). 2 thumbs up!

I appreciate your service and on going care for me and my MacBook. I find all of you easy to converse with, which is a BIG plus in my book. No sales pressure. Just good above board service. Thank you.

I bought a great macbook air, but by accident chose the wrong (slow) shipping method so it would arrive after my departure for vacation. I emailed powermax and they helped me get the notebook in no time .

Between my husband and me, we've bought about a dozen Apple products from PowerMax. We couldn't be happier. I'd give them TEN stars if I could! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and patient (way to go, Joe!). Never has buying a computer or iPad been this easy, and the trade-in is a godsend! I wouldn't go anywhere else, even if it takes a day or two longer than going out today to the Apple Store! PowerMax is simply the only way to go! Really!!
