Notified of progress timely. Very pleased with service

As a busy Avid editor in Los Angeles, I recommend Powermax to all my colleagues via Facebook post production groups and otherwise.

Powermax customer service excellent, they take extra time to answered all your questions ensuring you are purchasing the right product which meets your needs with out any sales pressure. Our Apple MacBook Air 13", latest model, was shipped directing from Apples warehouse, we saved on taxes and shipping. Arrived in excellent condition. Superb Laptop. We would highly recommend Powermax to our family and friends.

Anytime I'm looking to purchase an Apple product, I always lean on the experts at PowerMax. They're friendly, always answer the phone and respond promptly to email. The sales representatives are not pushy and will do anything they can to find the exact machine to suit your needs. I've purchased 2 items from PowerMax in the past few years and now looking at #3. My rep: Maiya Kennedy is a rock star! I would highly recommend PowerMax and Maiya to anyone looking to trade-in, purchase or order an Apple product. Especially check out their preowned ones. You get awesome machines for a great value! 5-stars without hesitation in my book!
