It's just a great place to deal with. In other words, they've obviously hired people who care very much about the service they provide to existing and/or potential customers. I love to write so I'll stop here but that's my brief review. Bottom line, I've only had some short dealings with the company but I know I'll be a future repeat customer. Dang... If only I'd thought of that idea for a business. See, THEY got the brilliant idea. Not me. They is… goo… smart.

I've been buying Apple products for years from Powermax because there is nothing like great prices and outstanding customer service. Free shipping and no tax makes for lowest total cost. And their trade-in program let's me reduce the cost even further. Keep up the good work guys!

If you want a Mac, you want to go to Powermax. (If you don't want a Mac it's painfully obvious you would rather waste your life attempting to use a computer instead of actually using one.) Fair deals on new stuff, great deals on used stuff, totally fair trade-ins, wonderfully pleasant real people on the phone (who know what's what). If you let yourself get on the mailing list you'll be at least mildly amused instead of ticked off when they send their occasional advertising blurbs. This is the Mac dealer you would have created if you wanted to be in the computer biz.

Buying from Powermax was great. I dealt with a real person via email and got all my questions answered and price matched that I found elsewhere. Free shipping and no tax, too. No reason not to buy a Mac here.

They always go the extra mile, from checking inventory that's not posted yet to offering suggested alternatives to verifying specs / suitability on a specific item.
