I was apprehensive at first about sending in my old laptop for a credit but my experience with Powermax was amazing. They have been in business over 25 years. They answered all of my questions quickly and shipped my new mac quickly. As soon as I sent my old laptop to them I received a notification that they received it and that they would review my old laptop and my credit would be processed to my credit card within 5 weeks. They issued the credit wayyyyy sooner than that. I will be ordering my future macs from them. Thank you to Michelle and the team!

I just finished my second trade-in with Powermax for a new computer -- first was 4 years ago -- it went very smoothly and its a great deal. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable and they make the whole process very easy -- highly recommend. A trusted friend recommended me to Power Max when I was in the market for a used MBA. I found what I wanted at a reasonable price and was happy with the purchase. 2 years later I wanted to upgrade and looked into their trade in program. Plus I can put my trade in towards my new purchase. I took the time to read up on their philosophy and couldn't be more impressed with their views.
