PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

This was my first purchase from Powermax, but it won't be my last. I admit, I picked them out for the price (the best I found) and was willing to take a hit with slow or cold service....or which is usually the case. I was surprised by the speed and follow-up provided by Heidi. I don't write reviews often, and it's usually to warn folks away from a sucky experience. I'm happy to write this one as it's definitely deserved. You owe it to yourself to give Powermax a try.

I have purchased from PowerMax a number of times over the past 6 or seven years. They have always provided a quality product, great service, and terrific advice. I have also used the resale channel and love that I can dispose of computers I no longer use to a good home instead of some developing world landfill. Great job by a terrific company.

I traded in my fairly new laptop for the latest laptop. I'm very happy with the price offered and the cost of the new laptop. Overall I plan on doing business with them in the future and I recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade a macbook.

I have bought a few computers from this company and I will keep on doing so. They are knowledgeable, professional and just downright nice. Always answered my questions and are very helpful in every other way. The computers came in no time and always in great condition. They are definitively my go to for purchasing Macs, and everything Apple - Every time…

I couldn't be happier with Powermax. We bought a used iphone that worked great for a few months and then just lost wifi capability one day. We were very near our 90 day warranty period and Powermax issued a return immediately. The replacement works great and I couldn't be more pleased with this company. I would recommend them and will buy from them again.

The staff at PowerMax helped me find a replacement for my computer that died. Once I found the one I wanted, they held it for me until I was ready to pick it up. They also have done repairs on various computers for me - all done in a timely manner and thoroughly professional. Great prices and knowledgable staff. Would recommend starting your Apple journey here!

This is the second time I have ordered from PowerMax. They made a point to call me after I placed my order to confirm my address. The item shipped very fast and was packed very well. In perfect condition when it arrived.

Price is right, shipping is free and fast
