PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

I shop allot via the web and not very often do you find a company as honest and eager to please as PowerMax. There prices are great but there customer care is off the hook, meaning: they go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I can't praise these guy enough. If your not shopping at PowerMax then your waisting your time and money.

I had a problem with first battery which was solved by exchanging the unit. Very smooth process. The replacement is working great. Would use this company and product again!

If you are wondering if you should purchase your new or used Mac from PowerMax, I would tell you that I have had only positive experiences with them. I have purchased both new and used Macs and I have had only good experiences. They spend the time to answer your questions and make suggestions.

I've lost track of how many years and how many purchases I've made from PowerMax. I do know there has been an iPod Touch, a couple of iPads because of my choice to upgrade and that reminds me that their trade-in program is a real asset. I also purchased an iMac for my husband's home office and at least three MacBook Pros. Again, upgrading the laptops was my choice, not out of necessity or because of a bad product. Heidi Wheeler has assisted me since the first purchase and her patience and superior customer service is what keeps me coming back, not that the rest of the staff isn't above average, too. PowerMax covers all the bases from pointing out that you might want to consider purchasing another item along with your primary item and explaining why but never pushing. They even work with me on shipping on a certain date so the package won't arrive when someone's not home to sign for it. I simply cannot say enough good things about PowerMax and I really wonder why anyone goes to an Apple store in the middle of the big city hustle and bustle when you get all you need online with PowerMax. Thank you PowerMax and Heidi for all you have done for so many years.

After eleven years of faithful service my eMac bit the dust. I wanted to remain a Mac user without having to spend four figures. PowerMax made it easy, and their service was as good as the product. I'm now back in business with a 24 inch iMac core duo, which is an AMAZING machine. I recommend PowerMax without reservations.

I've been impressed with the responsiveness and extra effort these folks have provided. Will definitely go back to them the next time I upgrade my Macbook. It's been like working with good neighbors.

Product came promptly, as described. Good price and customer service correspondence. I highly recommend PowerMax to anyone looking for quality apple products.

I use Powermax because I trust them. I trust them because they have great customer service, terrific prices, and great selection . As a repeat customer, I could not be happier . Their sales professional ,Heidi , is fantastic.
