I have been purchasing Macs from Powermax for over 10 years. The staff are great and are always friendly and helpful.

They are knowledgeable, prompt, tax-free and great to work with. I love their trade-in program! Their offers are more than fair. I have never had a lick of trouble, and I can keep up-to-date on the latest Apple products. Highly recommended!

My techie friend told me about PowerMax when I was saying that I needed a new iPod. She had gotten her iPad from PowerMax and told me how great they were. So I called and got an estimate for my old iPod and then ordered my new one (I had checked other sites and PowerMax had the lowest price). Received the new one, transferred everything to it, reset the old one and sent it back. The whole process was great, the reps were so helpful and I know that I will definitely purchase again in the future.

I receintly had a very good experience and customer service purchasing a special order MacMini for my media center. I bought my first computer, an iBook, from Powermax in September 2001 and have been buying Mac's of all kinds since. I have always had great customer service from Powermax.

Cannot say enough about how positive my experience has been working with the friendly, knowledgeable people at PowerMax. I have made several purchases through PowerMax and I am always pleased with results. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that I am buying exactly what I want and need!! Nothing less than five stars for this great company!
