PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

Very happy with the product and the service but worry because I have not yet been billed.

I purchased a used monitor from PowerMax. Price was pretty good. The product was good. Customer service was excellent.

I purchased a used 5G ipod. Ordering from the website is quick and easy. The ipod arrived when promised and was in excellent condition, both cosmetically and mechanically. I will definitely purchase from them again and I would enthusiastically recommend them to all my friends.

All aspects ofmy purchase experience with Powermax are worthy of 10 out of 10!

In 2012 I traded in a macbook for credit towards an open-box iMac from PowerMax. The whole process was smooth and my rep Gary was very helpful. In 2015 I purchased a used macbook pro for ~$1000 (retails at ~$1550 based on specs) and I couldn't be happier. All of the good people at PowerMax are very friendly and I couldn't recommend them more.

Helpful people, excellent products and great service - before and after the sale.

all those involved in the famed trade-in service were not only friendly, but also highly professional. i was thoroughly satisfied.

The Power Max people were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the details of their products and the ability to use the used Verizon iPhones for the Tracfone BYOP program. After consulting with two separate agents, I had the confidence ego go ahead and purchase. They were totally correct and it has worked out great! They phones shipped immediately and arrived relatively fast, even though I used the slowest and cheapest shipping available. The phones were in perfect condition , with no damage at all and so far are working perfectly. Very happy with the company and would (and have ) recommended them to others.
