PowerMax was recommended to me by a friend who bought several Macs there. I just bought my second Mac from PowerMax, also I've bought an iPod and other accessories. I've been very pleased every time. This time I got email updates, and I got a call to verify that my address was correct, I have a PO box, she also made sure I had the necessary connectors. This is real customer service that I don't often see today. This is why I tell anyone I meet who wants to buy a Mac, etc. to check out PowerMax. Well, I saved up enough to upgrade the wife from an 8 year old mac laptop to something several generations newer, but still used. Not only was the price right, but they got it too me right away and all ready to go AND offered to help her get all of her datum transferred. We Oregonians do not settle for less that great service and fairness at all levels which is why we are proud to have Powermax as and Oregon business serving Oregonians. Received world-class service from Heidi, and from Ben. I'm used to Apple customer service being excellent, and professional. PowerMax was all of those, but they were also super-friendly. Heidi patiently explained the trade-in process to me. Ben (and Heidi) usually answered emails in less than an hour. I do, and I will recommend Powermax.

This was my second time dealing with PowerMax. Both experiences were excellent. The first time, I traded-in an iPhone and an iPad. Compared to other trade-in sites, PowerMax offered equal or better trade-in value and if you are honest when you describe your trade-in, they stick to their offer. They shipped my new items promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to go to PowerMax again or re commend them to anyone.

I wanted to order a new laptop. I know I wanted a specific setup due to some of the graphics programs that I use as well as some intense games that I play. Powermax was an absolute delight to work with for this. They were very tuned into me when ordering. They treated me like I was buying every bit of their inventory. I am very pleased to know that good customer service is not dead.
