If anyone at PoweMax tells you the sun is going down, you can put your pajamas on! They are Mac Minded and know their Apples! Michelle has spoiled me to say the least. I'm now addicted to PowerMax for any and all Macintosh needs.

I purchased a used Ipod Nano 6th generation from Powermax. I'm a return customer and as with the other purchases I've made from them, the product was as described and the customer service is over the top excellent. I would highly recommend shopping from Powermax.

If you own Mac computers and want to upgrade or need anything new, PowerMax is the way to go. They bend over backwards to make your order easy and affordable. I have been doing business with PowerMax for several years and through several upgrade cycles. They just keep getting better! We were burglarized several weeks ago and though I had renter's insurance, I was devastated to know the depreciation value of my custom made Macbook Pro would be nowhere near what I paid when I first purchased it. Then I found PowerMax and found exactly what I was look for, if not better, in a price range that was perfect. But when I called, they were out of stock and it would take 2 weeks to get a computer I do ALL MY WORK AND LIFE ON. I was sad but chose to happy that I at least found a replacement. But then, the PowerMax Rep who spoke with me, called me back within 5 minutes and said she made it happen that I could the replacement within 4 days. Amazing and happy. And it's a Mac, so, it's perfect. Thank you!

I found the website sort of by accident, as initially I was looking for a replacement battery for an older click wheel ipod, but instead ended up ordering a newer model ipod touch. Everything was fast, the price was good, and the service (especially the communication which I didn't even initiate beyond ordering) was very welcome.

My first experience in purchasing from PowerMax was interesting, helpful and fun. This resulted in purchasing my present Mac which I special ordered. It was received soon after that, configured as I had requested and I am still happy with the results. Friends, I have ordered two and about to order a third mac from powermax -- all within the last two weeks. Why? First, great consultation about my needs. Second, trade-in. We all have old macs -- why not trade in..don't have a box? Then they have concierge service. Third, fair pricing. These guys offer computers less than apple store. They also give good trade-in values. I did "ebay.com" for years as I upgraded my macs -- like all of you, Mac has been a constant evolution and I've always wanted the best. My "old computers" could be valuable to someone else. Finally, they gave me a great price for an "open box" on a mac pro that I gave to a fellow, minority student at a local community college. This terrific student had no personal computer and had to do all his computing at school. He now has a new computer from PowerMax...well done, Powermax. See you in a couple of years when the new models come out.
