I purchased a first generation refurbished iPad, after a short time it began to have problems. I contacted PowerMax and they were quite helpful in returning the iPad, but also helped me find another iPad within their stock that met my needs. I had a wonderful buying experience with PowerMax. I spent lots of time doing research and looking online but had some questions that I needed to run by a human before whipping out a credit card. I had the pleasure of talking with Joe Iman. He was smart, patient, thorough and professional - all things you don’t get from a call center. We had one minor miscommunication (I did not clearly articulate all the requirements for my purchase) that resulted in an incorrect order. I caught it, sent an email to Joe and he fixed it within minutes. The LaCie Porsche Design USB Key arrived within days and the MacBook Air arrived in under a week. The handy set up instructions were easy to follow and I was up and running in no time. I have already recommended Powermax to several friends and will definitely shop here again.

I ordered a used iPad Mini 1 with Verizon Wireless from PowerMax. It arrived quickly from Oregon to California. The unit has no blemishes and works well. It is too costly for me to consider a new Apple product these days, and I got an excellent used product from PowerMax, at a very nice price.
