Another Home Run for PowerMax! This is the 3rd Machine I have purchased from PowerMax; let me tell you, a Rocket-ship 27" IMAC, fusion and flash drives, thunderbolt, and an unbelievable 5880 by 2880 screen resolution on a 3.4GHz I5 Quad Core, WOW. Always a great experience dealing with the folks from PowerMax, particularly Joe Inman the salesman I have been dealing with for the past 3+ years. Joe has always made sure that I was comfortable and happy with all aspects of the transaction. My latest purchase was the system I described above - that arrived in less than 48 hours to my home office - clear across the country coast to coast. I had a difficult, older used Mac mission that Heidi at PowerMax got me through. While I consider myself pretty Mac savvy, what I didn’t initially realize is how many ways I could have got this order wrong. Heidi knew more about older mac models than anyone I’d spoken with, including their specs, bootable operating systems, memory, Wi-fi types and other specifics. She made sure I got the right computer the first time, and even installed the much older OS required. The tracking worked, the computer arrived on time, and it was better looking and worked better than I imagined. What do you do when the ordering experience is better than your best expectation? I've always had great experiences with PowerMax but my most recent one was amazing! I have a small design firm and I purchased some design equipment from another reseller because of an incredible deal they offer. I won't name the company here but unfortunately the equipment was defective and as it turns out discontinued. To add to the drama, I had just signed our biggest client and was looking at impossible timelines without the equipment. In steps Heidi from PowerMax, she got me the equipment I needed and got it shipped to me at breakneck speed. Also as it turned out the price was pretty good especially since what she provided wasn't discontinued. Thank you PowerMax, you saved my bacon.

I got exactly what I wanted in less time than estimated. Joe was well versed in the specific equipment needs I had and recommended the perfect computer for me.
