I've bought almost all of my Macs from Powermax. I love their trade in program, where you receive a great trade in value for your old hardware and don't have the hassle of trying to sell it yourself.. The people I have dealt with in my experiences with them keep me coming back. As I don't have a Apple store locally, I have found that the "resellers" that are in my area have quite terrible service and really don't care one way or the other.. So I usually visit the local reseller, look at the hardware I want, (No one usually speaks to me or asks me if I need any assistance....), then I contact Heidi at Powermax, she helps me out with the details, options and I order from her. With the great people, competitive pricing and the trade in program, it's a no brainer. I will be back again.. I guarantee it. Thanks!

I had two mac laptops they took on trade for a new macbook air. Customer service is first class with responses to email questions and requests returned within 15 minutes to open of business the next day. Their patience with my 'shopping' was unlimited. The new computer arrived in a week and the price was better than I could get at local stores. I highly recommend PowerMax!
