This company managed to do just that. I hate writing business reviews but their firm did such a great job. They deserve the recognition. I purchased an Apple Thunderbolt screen online. From the point the order was placed to the point the screen arrived on my doorstep- they were right on top of the process. Great follow up! Would be nice if all my online purchases went this well. I will remember PowerMax the next time I need an Apple related product. They deserve my five-star rating.

Truthfully! I have been a Powermax customer for several years now and each and every MAC or accessory I have purchased or traded in has been in great condition, the sales and trade-ins have been handled with ease and grace... and who can say that anymore? The MacBook Pro purchase and delivery was executed without issue. On 12/15/2015 I will surrender my MacBook Pro as a trade-in to Powermax. Hopefully that goes well.

I have shopped with Powermax recently and before several years ago. I have gotten at least two used mac computers from them The assistance and support is great. Any questions, concerns or whatever are treated with respect and solutions found. The earlier computer had a problem. I returned it and it was fixed and is still working well. I am very satisfied with them and Scheleen in particular.
