PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

Love the new Mac Book Pro 13". Powermax where very quick with this order and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase an Apple product.

I really appreciated the personal attention and service I received both on-line and in the Wilsonville store. I also got terrific technical assistance by phone when I ran into difficulties getting my new laptop to recognize the new router and wi-fi network. I have already been recommending them to my friends, especially those who have an Apple product to trade in; their trade-in quote for my old Mac Book Pro laptop was not matched anywhere else I checked.

Dashed in on Christmas Eve looking for a refurbished iMac to replace my 10 year old iMac. After talking with Ted, he recommended anew versus refurbished. He listened to me about how I use my computer and sold me the one that would meet my needs. They removed the hard drive from my dead computer, transferred the data onto an external hard drive, and I was good to go. A very merry Christmas for me.

Customer Service was amazing. I would use them again and again.

People were very knowledgeable & helpful with selecting the product I was looking at purchasing. They were extremely helpful with doing my trade in & getting me the return information.

We have been PowerMax customers for years, and often recommend them to anyone we meet as a source for great information and advice on purchasing Mac products. They know their stuff.
