I was not looking forward to buying a computer, but Powermax made it a great experience. Heidi was awesome, the price and options, incredible and the communication, time spent getting us into the right model, and receiving the computer next day... They rocked it! I recommend them to anyone needing a MAC product. Thanks for your help, your patients and your insight. Customer for life!

When the video card on my iMac went out I called Powermax to inquire about a repair. I was not surprised to learn the repairs would cost more than my iMac was worth. I went to Powermax to shop for a new iMac. What a different experience than at the Apple store. We got our first Mac in the 1980s and have been Apple users since. But Powermax is a much quieter and lower key experience--no crowds, no waiting. The staff at Powermax is knowledgeable and helpful without pushing a purchase. We have had other computers repaired at Powermax; this will not be our last purchase there. I also appreciate they will wipe the memory and recycle my old computer. I highly recommend Powermax if you need a repair or are looking for an Apple product.

Always thought... quality, speed, cost. Choose two (if you are lucky), but you can't have all three. That is until I dealt with Powermax!

I stumbled on to Power Max by accident one day. Although I just started to use them for my Mac needs I am extremely impressed. Heidi Wheeler (in sales) is a true treasure and a great representative of this company.
