PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

Great service, lots of help when I needed some answers.

I had an incredibly positive experience working with Heidi - she was very professional, responsive, timely, and knowledgeable. The IMac I received was exactly as I ordered it and it is truly an amazing machine. Couldn’t have asked for a better product.

I've used PowerMax twice now, both times by telephone, for orders to be shipped. Different associates helped me, they were both top notch in knowledge and service. Both times, I received a very good price that beat whatever else I found. Both times the shipping was prompt. Both times the follow up was thorough. In one instance I bought a new iPad, in another a battery for an old MacBook. I have no hesitation recommending PowerMax.

I was really nervous about ordering a computer online. I Didn't have the money for a new one, but most of the sites I looked at seemed to be scams. However, when I found these guys they seemed legit, so I dug a little deeper and finally a couple weeks later placed an order. I am super impressed. I got a great used computer for a fair price. It arrived fast and I am super happy overall. 10/10 would buy again.

PowerMax was recommended to my by a website designer. I have purchased 3 Apple products from them - iPad Air, Apple TV 3rd gen, and an Apple TV 4th gen. Their website is very easy to peruse for products, and their customer service is the best. Friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant to speak with. All in all, a great website to purchase new Apple products at a bit of a reduced price.

I have been buying from Powermax since the late 1990s. I would not buy a Mac anywhere else. Their service is great and they are a wonderful company to work with. They can help you choose the right Mac for your needs. The bonus is that they will buy your used Mac and use that money off a new one! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Mac or other Apple product. Their online, phone and retail performance is a 5 star experience.

The live person to person telephone help picking the right pieces to put together all the parts for a new computer system with a Mac mini as its centerpiece was facilitated and assured by the excellent and friendly advice of all the folks I spoke with at PowerMax. Follow up calls were made in person to make sure I was able to get the parts I needed during my selection process. I have been a Mac owner since 1984 and find PowerMax the best company to deal with on any level to get what you really need and want.

All I needed was the right size drivers to replace my MacBook battery and they were more than willing to help. Had a nice chat as well and a good looking store! Highly suggested for any help.
