Loved the tailored experience I had with Power Max when making a major investment purchase on a souped up MacBook Pro. Tons of help, advice, and a great opportunity to support small business, the best State in the Nation ;), and avoid sales/shipping fees. Would use them again in a heartbeat. My only qualm is that I upgraded from 2x2G RAM cards for 2X8G RAM cards and requested the old ones to be sent with my computer (since I did purchase them). No luck, someone forgot. Not worth the hassle to ask for since I feel I got a GREAT VALUE in advice and support for my purchase.

They worked with me when I was having difficulty with my payment address, once everything was process I received my laptop in one day.

Appreciated very much that you can work with APO to Europe, and do so at a reasonable price. The package came through in great shape.

Powermax was easy to work with and their program for selling your old stuff is pretty good. Tons of great items on their site. i will definitely do business with them again.

The trade-in program is great. This will have been my 2nd time upgrading my Apple laptop with Powermax. Purchase and trade-in process is easy - especially since there's a sales rep to guide you through the whole thing. Will definitely keep returning to Powermax - as long as they keep their trade-in program running.

Since apple keeps close guard on prices it comes down to service and support. I haven't needed powermax support but their customer service is outstanding. The trade in process is simple and sales staff is great (Gary in particular). Would give 5 stars if powermax paid for trade in shipping cost.
