Two wrist rests came in 2 different large boxes that seemed strange and wasteful. The third small item was either never packed or was buried in the packing paper. Whatever the case might be, I dont have it :-(

I ordered a iMac on Dec 8th and received it on 12Th it showed up DOA (dead on arrival). Also the foot was bent so the monitor is hanging on it. Michelle at Powermax said I have to pay to send back and 10% restocking. Powermax said on return policy that they do a bench test. WATCH OUT! Why were neither of my issues not found on their bench test? Michelle said we would have to buy a new computer to get here on time for Christmas. Thank you Powermax Merry Christmas! Now we have nothing to give our daughter. It looks like Powermax does this all the time they expect that people will buy two computers because we are stuck between a rock and a hard place. That is why that an additional 10% is added. That has to add up to a lot of money for their bottom line in our economy.

We always feel bad when a product arrives DOA, which is why we have our DOA warranty on our used Macs whereby if one does arrive DOA, we pick it up and replace it, all at our expense. Why there was miscommunication that led to the above misunderstandings, we're not sure, but regardless, this return was already slated to be 100% refunded before the customer made posts on this site as well as on other sites, including filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Obviously the customer ended up thoroughly unhappy with us before we could completely react, but fortunately those kind of miscommunications don't happen very often. Still, we're certainly sorry it happened in this case.

I sent in my old Mac Book Pro for evaluation and review on July 5, 2013 Tracking #1ZV440054229097726, delivered on 7/9/2013 shipped UPS Ground. It was signed for by a person named Lockhart, I sent it to Power Max @ 6077A Lakeview Blvd., Lake Oswego Or 97035 I received a email from Michelle Ryther on the 18th of July not telling a whole lot. I'm still waiting to hear from someone concerning the trade amount so that I can continue with the purchase of a new MacBook Pro. Getting a little concerned !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did I just get stiffed?

Power max sole me bad time capsule 2TB. I have many issues with these TC and have to go to Apple to resolve my issues. I have to go through many hassles, wasting my time and money to get this fixed. I don't recommend to buy from this seller. Don't waste your time and money after this seller. Not very helpful at all.

I bought a Mac-compatible DVD burner that initially I read offered both USB & FW 400 interfaces, a very hard-to-find device, compatible with my older Macs. The LaCie burner I received did not have USB, but the FW 400 was sufficient, & price was good. I found several problems (wouldn't burn a Toast DVD or iTunes CD, among other problems), & the problems persisted across two different Macs. The manufacturer suggested a couple tests (I'd already done these), then claimed the drive was probably defective. I returned it, at my own cost, received another, & more than a week later I'm still waiting for PowerMax to refund the charge for the second (replacement) drive. And the problems I saw on the first drive still exist with the replacement. LaCie is unable to explain why their drives are incompatible with iTunes & Toast (which they include in the box!). But I can't believe I'm the only one to have this problem. And I'm disappointed in both LaCie & PowerMax for offering a product that has these problems. Had I known, I could have bought an Apple USB drive locally, & had a working burner long ago. Post script: I was credited back the additional charge a full 10 days after Powermax received the defective return. Surprisingly slow processing on the credit, given they acknowledged receipt promptly.

We're always of course truly sorry when a device doesn't work as expected. We have sold a number of these and have not experienced the issues cited in the review. We also refunded the money immediately upon receiving the drive back.
