PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

Did some searching online and found PowerMax for our used Mac computer needs. Any new vendor scares me but Honor at PowerMax was friendly and attentive. She had a great sense of humor that I appreciate. She was accommodating and checked up on us through the ordering process and up to delivery. PowerMax was honest, quick and kept good communication. After our first order I can only hope our budget allows for more purchases in the coming year. Thank you.

Shopped several online retailers and elected Powermax because of warranty and selection. My iMac was shipped very fast and have had no problems at all. Computer looked like new! If you want a great Mac experience, give Powermax a try.

I thought it was a bit humorous and ironic that I initially went into Best Buy to purchase myself a new computer. Being reticent about Apple or Windows, I had to ask for the advice of the employees there. I decided to research the pros and cons there at the store using a new MacBook Pro and Best Buy's internet. Long story short, PowerMax came up in my research and after learning that I would be able to get a comparable MacBook that was refurbished and may actually have better specs BUT for way cheaper, I was intrigued and waited. A few days later PowerMax was called and they were very helpful. From patience to professionalism and knowledgeable to extremely helpful, PowerMax left me fully satisfied and with a product I love to utilize everyday. Thank you PowerMax! You will and already have been brought up in conversation about where others should purchase their new computer.

The PoweMax guys were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They changed out my old mechanical hard drives for Solid State drives. The computer is much faster and the hard drives are not singing like they did before. If you have an Old mac and want to continue to enjoy the machine you are comfortable on, for years to come, you have to go see these guys. The price was excellent, the service was excellent and the people were a great bunch of folks.

They increased the RAM on my Macbook Pro. Fast and easy. Very happy.

Great price, fast shipping, they even gave me the VIP $20.00 discount. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended!! Buy with confidence!!

I traded in four Apple products and bought two. The trade-in became complicated because of mistakes I made with Apple I.D. Thanks to an incredible technician and his patience we were able to work through these issues. The new products I wanted were readily available and all of the staff helped me at every turn. I will continue to trade and shop here and recommend Powermax enthusiastically.

We buy all our computer equipment here. Between their great prices, free shipping (over $100) and no sales tax in Oregon, the savings can be substantial. On top of that, they came through big time when I was in a spot on a job in Puerto Rico and no one wanted to ship there. After a brief chat on the phone with the salesperson they sent me what I needed and all was well. We highly recommend them.
