Schellene made my shopping online experience very comfortably. She served me with Great customer service. And also the other staff in that company are very Helpful as well. I asked if I may speak with Schellene, the gentleman was very prompt of getting a hold of her. If I could I'd rate Schellene and the Staff all a 10 stars for Awesome customer service and their Great Team Work. I'll be back for more goodies Mahalo NUI you guys, Braddah Rick M JR

Genuine Apple products are in great shape, for a great price. Orders are processed quickly, and personalized customer service is awesome.

From start to finish, this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Very helpful staff, who walk you step-by-step and make sure your questions are thoroughly answered. For my transaction, I purchased a new computer, and traded in a used tablet. Both processes were seamless. Prices are very reasonable, and the trade-in value I received was greater than any of the competitors. I will for sure use them for future purchases, and have already referred others who are looking to purchase Apple products.

Upgraded my 5 year old iMac to a SSD, had various questions answered about moving files onto flash drives beforehand and about iMovie. Everybody was knowledgable, helpful, didn't treat me like the computer klutz that I am, and spoke English instead of nerd jargon. I'll be back. With my laptop.

I received a quick and comprehensive answer to a question about an Apple keyboard. Nice to know a company that is so customer service oriented!

I've bought a number of computers & things from Michelle at PowerMax, and it's always worked out well. Usually the best deal I can find after considering shipping & tax. Highly recommended.

My experience buying a refurbished MacBook Pro from Powermax was excellent. The salesperson i spoke with was informed and helpful. One of the best online retail experiences i've had. Bravo.

We have a 2007 MacBook Pro 17" that needed repair. Ian was able to bring it back to life with some suggestions he made and it's just as fast as my new MacBook Pro 13" Retina. I would like to bring more of my Macs there to get repair. I feel like it's the relationship they care about at Powermax in addition to the computer.
