PowermaxReviews of powermax.com

delivery was fast, item was in perfect condition, and the rep was really friendly and easy to deal with

The iMac was shipped fast, booted up with no problems. Nice friendly service from everyone at PowerMax. Would recommend all my Mac friends buy form this company.

They helped me by explaining some of the nuances of one of the apple products that would have probably required a return. It was a great example of listening to the customer and making sure their need was met. thanks

I ordered a 2013-vintage MacBook Pro to replace a machine that was failing due to a logic board/GPU issue. I didn't want to spend major bucks on a brand new machine because Apple will soon announce a major MacBook redesign and I didn't want to buy a new product at the very end of its life cycle. So instead, I bought a 3+ year old machine from Powermax, and it was a great decision. The buying experience was easy and the machine feels like a brand new computer. It was in perfect condition and arrived ready to go, with the version of the operating system (10.8.5) installed that I was expecting.

Joe Inman was very knowledge, responded promptly, my order was processed flawlessly.

The Powermax team was very friendly on the phone and quick to help when my time machine transfer corrupted the new computer. They had me back up and going right away!

Excellent service, price and help-would highly recommend

this was my first time shopping with Powermax. I was pleasantly surprised when someone called from the company to confirm my purchase! Awesome because I still like speaking with people over clicking buttons! They were also really quick to respond when I needed to change my delivery address. Everything went smooth and my Iphone 5 is as advertised. I will definitely shop with Powermax again. They have really competitive prices and I feel confident that they will deliver any advertised product for sale on their web site in the same quick and easy fashion. Thank you POwermax!
