The customer service was outstanding
The customer service was outstanding. There was a problem with my deliveries and Ryan was able to solve the shipping problem and resend my 14 orders again. I am thrilled he is my representative.

Got a notice the products were…
Got a notice the products were delivered but but w have not received them. It showed the correct address on the delivery notification. But we do not have them.

Seems like slow shipping
I received my posters the day I posted a more negative review; this is now edited to reflect that. The original basis for my review remains, however: If a nearly two-week delay between order and shipping is their common practice, they should mention that. If there is some exception that makes my situation unusual, they should have communicated that with me by now.

Easy Phone Renewal
I always have a good customer service experience when I call to renew. It's pretty simple, so I continue to call rather than use the website (which doesn't like me.) This company also charges a fair price and doesn't try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need.
