Excellent Customer Service
This is a task that frequently goes unnoticed and is forgotten. The fact that our Customer Service Rep is on top of it and is reminding me a few months in advance, assures we stay in compliance and get the posters ordered with plenty of time.

The overall service is good
The overall service is good. However we have a multi state plan and received an invoice for each. I requested a consolidated invoice twice and that never was sent. I just went ahead and paid separately. Not ideal but manageable.

All departments not in sync
I had trouble coordinating the website information with customer service on the phone and getting the products renewed easily. After several calls to Poster Compliance, I was able to get the products renewed but I still keep getting calls from Poster Compliance to renew my subscription. I now have received confirmation of my payment so I think everyone there is caught up.
