We did not receive the posters.
We did not receive the posters initially; however, by proactively following up, Michael Rose was very efficient and effective in staying on top of it and resolving the issue.

Poster Orientation
We recently remodeled our breakroom. We set our cork boards vertically based on previous posters. These came in horizontally. Upon reading this review the company reached out to me and offered a vertical poster at no charge. Updated to a 4 because they fixed the problem but I still believe the orientation is something that should be able to be selected upon order.

We've been a long-time customer of…
We've been a long-time customer of Poster Compliance. We are really happy with their product and service. However, there are times when we receive the updated posters after the change was enacted for the state. We subscribe for Federal, and the states of WV & OH. i.e.) We are still waiting for our OH updated poster for 2026, OH changed their minimum wage as of January 1, 2026; and I realize that it is only the 20th of the month. If we were to be audited, we would be written up as a violation. They do review our posters and look closely at the dates.

Came through in my time of need.
Responsive! Professional! I called really late in the process and was pushed because of the season, Christmas, however soon after, things worked out and poster is on its way.
