I have been doing mail for years. I mail to over 1000 people who know me. No one ever called me after a mailing and asked me to "come over and list my house" but I always justified it as "building my brand" and "keeping on top of mind". Also, I did have people call and refer to my postcards during the listing process. I switched to PostCard Mania four months ago. They changed my design so it would be more productive. Even my 96 year old mother commented on how much better "that last card looked". Plus, each time a card went out I got a call the day they hit. "Greg, we need to sell our house, can you come over when you have time?" As you know, a call like that can pay for a years worth of mailing. They know what there doing, they are priced competitively and they know how to design a program that more than pays for itself. What more can you ask for?
