I’ve had a great experience working with PostcardMania. The team has been professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. They’ve done a good job explaining the campaign, answering my questions, and keeping everything moving forward. I appreciate the communication and support and would recommend them to other business owners looking to market their services.

Elyse was super helpful in helping me get my order completed and shipped out. She got any errors corrected quickly and put my mind at ease when I got a little frustrated with the process. Thanks Elyse!! Carl

Postcard Mania has been great to work with! They’ve helped us design postcards and brochures, and the printing quality has been great. Mandy and Brianna have both been awesome to work with, always taking the time to answer our questions and make sure everything goes smoothly. The design team has been very easy to work with and has been helpful and accommodating whenever we’ve had requests or changes. Overall, we’ve had a great experience working with Brianna and her team!

PostcardMania is very service oriented. It's been smoother getting our promo ready and out than I expected. And, we actually got activity off the first mailing! :)

They make the postcard creative (slightly more than I’d expect to be charged, but still less expensive than out sourcing or spending the time and frustration myself). Cards come clean every time (I have one sent to me each batch to check quality, got burned by another vendor previously). Straight forward, good delivery rate, very responsive, industry standard response rate. Converting from manual to API feature soon, one complaint there they can’t take my “manual send a list” credits and apply to the auto - APi credits, oh well. I’ll burn off my balance of mailers via csv list, then I’ll have my automation send it via api and it’s a completely automated process, slightly higher per card price but excellent low touch for me.
