Missing In Action…
Ordered a custom map for my husband for our anniversary and it got delayed in shipping. I was worried it wouldn’t get to me in time so I emailed to see if anyone could provide me with explanations. The email response I got back was so thoughtful and caring and really put me at ease. I luckily received my package two days later, still ahead of time. The following day after that I received another email asking if my package was actually received and how it was. The fact that someone took the time to reach out again means the world to me, the consumer. I would recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future!! Thank you sooo much!

The corrected my mess up!
I messed up my digital order before Christmas and customer service was very quick to help me out. The mess up was not on them, and I offered to repay for their services as it was digital, but they corrected my typo not once but twice! That you so much! I don't recommend trying to order stuff while you are sick! But this company is outstanding to work with!

Résultat final très réussi
Résultat final très réussi, ce cadeau a beaucoup plu. Très forte réactivité de la part du SAV, le cadre est arrivé abîmé probablement à cause du transport, un autre m'a été expédié immédiatement et a été reçu 3 jours plus tard. Je recommande cette société et ces affiches très originales et de très bonne qualité.

Love the Where we Met print
Love the Where we Met print. Exactly as I ordered, and it arrived before Christmas! Important because it’s a gift for my wife. Communication was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Ma commande s'est parfaitement déroulée mais j'ai rencontré un problème de livraison avec le transporteur. Le service client a été top et a su rebondir rapidement, en me renvoyant le fichier!
