Anniversary gift
Ordered an anniversary gift that had the first date we met on it and she cried. Totally worth it. Good quality frame and awesome picture! Also, I messed up on the date and emailed them promptly to fix it, they fixed it the very next day and it came in about 2 ish weeks. Thank you guys!

Super boutique
Super boutique, le produit est conforme aux attentes et malgré un petit problème avec le service de livraison (GLS), le service après vente est revenu vers moi de lui même pour savoir pourquoi je n'avais toujours pas retiré mon colis et a fait tout son possible pour m'aider. (réponse aux mails en a peine quelques heures avec des informations concrètes).

Fast and kind customer service
Easy process and when I made an error and contacted them right away, they were so kind and helped me fix it. Can’t wait to give this to mum!

Amazing company/products
This company have been amazing from the start. Very good service with the details on website and customisation. Had an issue with the delivery company Evri (not positive prints fault at all) where they didn’t deliver to address and then wouldn’t retry a delivery. Was emailing them back and forth and they did everything they could to contact Evri to find out what was happening with package so they could get it resent to me. After no luck they had arranged to have a new one made up for me and sent out with a different courier which has arrived. The actual piece itself is amazing and can’t fault it. Overall would recommend this company as they have been fantastic and their customer service/support went above and beyond.

Moon Photos
I have bought three moon photos from Positive Prints. They are beautiful! The last photo I purchased and downloaded had a mistyped word. I contacted customer service, and I had a new edited version very quickly. Thank you Positive Prints!
