Scam, the quality is so poor
Upon receiving the gift I ordered, I discovered that the printed image falls short of the quality depicted in their social media posts. The stars appear to be faint and indistinct, the smaller text is excessively thin and white, resulting in a blurred appearance. Additionally, the overall image lacks vibrancy and saturation, it is nothing like what is posted on their social media. It is cheap looking and very poor quality, like someone printed it at home on a basic printer that was running out of ink. I requested a refund, and was told no. A very expensive waste of money, leaving me still without a gift.

Hi Lauren, Thank you for your review - we’re truly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your order. We’ve been in touch with you directly to explain a few things that might help clarify the difference between what you expected and what you received. Your print was produced on matte-finished aluminum, which is specifically chosen for its glare-free, durable, and subtle look. While this finish enhances fine detail, it doesn’t offer the same vibrancy as glossy paper or digital screen previews. This is something we try to communicate clearly on our website and in the order confirmation. It’s also worth noting that screen displays (especially uncalibrated ones) can significantly exaggerate brightness and saturation, which makes the final physical product appear more subdued by comparison. The example you referred to from social media also showed a slightly different product with different text layout and font, which may have contributed to the impression of inconsistency. As all our prints are custom-made to order, we unfortunately aren't able to offer full refunds per our return policy. However, we still wanted to offer a solution and proposed sending you a free digital version of your artwork - so you'd have the option of reprinting it on a material of your choice for a different finish. While we understand this wasn’t the resolution you were hoping for, we genuinely appreciate your feedback and regret that the final result didn’t meet your expectations. We’re always working to improve and hope your next experience - should you give us another try - will be much better. Warm regards,
