I had to design a print on their website and wasn’t sure about some of the details, but they got back to me so quickly over email and were super helpful. This is my second time ordering with them and I’d happily order again. Highly recommend!

Perfectly Positive Experience
While there were issues with postage, that had nothing to do with Positive Prints. However, the customer service was exceptional that not once did I have cause for worry - in fact, other companies could learn a thing or two from Positive Prints' customer service, it was THAT good! Cannot thank both Jacek and Paulina enough. As far as the print I ordered goes, it was excellent! Highly recommended! Will definitely recommend to friends and family and will definitely be considered for future gifts. Thank you very much!

Che supporto super!!
Dopo l'acquisto di un file digitale mi sono accorta di aver commesso un errore nella creazione. Ho scritto al supporto, che mi ha risposto in tempo velocissimi e ha risolto il mio errore in modo eccellente. È bello vedere che ci sono ancora persone umane gentili e disponibili dietro i siti web. Il file, una volta stampato, era bellissimo.

great experience, I made a mistake on my copy so I just emailed them and they replied straight back and made my amendment. Would use again for sure!

A truly amazing company
A truly amazing company. I loved my print and the customer service deserves more than a five star. Super quick, polite, kind and really works with the customer.
