Signed up with Posh to better organize our call flow process. Had some technical difficulties on our end, Marijoyce Munoz went above and beyond to assist and ensure complete satisfaction. Highly recommend.

From Sarina in sales, to the experience of the service, we have been beyond satisfied. We were going to hire a full time customer service rep, but this fills that void and takes the stress of answering calls off of us.

True industry professionals. Very easy to work with and do a phenomenal job answering the phones for us. This service has significantly improved our workflow, so we don't have to stop doing what we are doing every time the phone rings. Receptionists are very professional and do a great job passing the message along so we can more efficiently provide support for our clients. Would recommend this service to anyone considering int!
