Posh Virtual ReceptionistsReviews of posh.com

POSH has been a wonderful experience so far. Easy onboarding, my instructions and scripts for calls are followed well and consistently. I can easily and quickly reach out to my account contact anytime I need anything. Truly “5 stars”!

Being my first experience there just a few adjustments that were needed and my Sale Director was very responsive in addressing my needs. We will definitely be using this service in the future and look forward to doing so. Again thank you for a great experience! Tom W.

I had some reservations at first because our service is based around privacy law and complete confidentiality. During the onboarding process however, I received personalised service and support and regular communications until we were completely happy to handover all of our inbound calls to Posh. Fast forward 6 months and I have no cause to complain at all. Scripts are followed professionally and the receptionists are professional enough to handle any ad hoc situations. I have used several call centre/ virtual receptionists over the last 15 years and POSH stand out for us as the best by far. The app is also convenient and easy to use. Price wise, I think it is fair. Again I wasnt really sure about the price brackets and structures but our monthly spend compares favourably with other 'similar' services and is within the range we are happy with. Keep up the great work POSH team, here is another satisfied customer.

Sarina Perez specifically made my experience great! Sarina puts in the extra effort into her client’s requests making it possible for business owners to seamlessly operate.

Excellent job answering calls and communicating with our clients.

Posh has been great for my business! They pick up all of my inbound calls in a friendly and professional manner which is super important since they are representing my company. They offer flexibility on the fly and superb customer service every time I reach out. I hope to stay in partnership with Posh as I continue to grow!

Game changer for improved customer communications. I had a major obstacle to overcome with my growing business in that I could no longer keep up with phone calls, voicemails, and filter through robo callers. I heard about Posh from another entrepreneur. Within minutes of getting my account set up and phone line forwarded it already paid for itself. It has made scheduling of if field jobs super efficient and allows me to focus on quality calls. Every one of my customers say how pleasant and professional the receptionist are with Posh making a great first impression. If you have a growing small business and need help with you phones, I highly recommend.

Professional, seamless, service that has been provided for my business!
